Millar’s Grill and Seafood

Millar’s Grill & Seafood is a stylish steak and seafood restaurant located at 1D Lanyon Quay in Belfast, opposite the Waterfront Hall. Opened in November 2023, it’s the second venture from chef Chris Millar and partner Matthew Roman-Wilkinson, with Sarah Humphreys as head chef. The restaurant is known for its modern yet welcoming atmosphere, with seating for up to 70 guests and a private dining room that can host 40.

The menu focuses on high-quality local ingredients with global influences. Popular starters include salt & chilli squid with Asian salad and curry aioli, and pan-seared scallops with smoked black pudding. From the grill, diners can choose from flat iron, picanha, and ribeye steaks, served with chips and sauces. Seafood options include beer battered haddock, seabass with Thai green curry, and teriyaki-glazed monkfish. Other mains range from chicken Milanese to a wagyu burger with pulled brisket. Desserts include sticky toffee pudding, vanilla panna cotta, and a key lime tartlet.

They also offer a �£10 Express Lunch menu from Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm–2pm. The restaurant is open daily, with varied hours through the week.
